Welcome — I’m Karla, a Scottsdale esthetician dedicated to peptide-focused skincare, intentional renewal, and enhancing natural beauty through both skin and brows. Sculpt & Glow began as a boutique brow studio, where I learned quickly how meaningful it is to help someone feel confident in their own features. As clients entrusted me with their brows, they began asking more about their skin — and that curiosity changed the direction of my career.

I immersed myself in advanced training, ingredient science, microneedling, and peptide therapy. I fell in love with the idea of smart skincare — treatments that don’t just make you glow today, but support stronger, healthier, more resilient skin over time.

Today, Sculpt & Glow blends clinical skincare with a warm, client-centered experience. Every treatment is personalized. Every detail is intentional. And every person who walks through the door is cared for with the same heart I pour into my family — my husband and kids, who inspire me daily and bring so much joy into the story behind this studio.
